We’re excited to announce the Hard Working Class Heroes line-up for 2014. More than 500 bands applied to be part of the showcase and festival this year and we’ve selected the top 104 who will play across seven Dublin venues between 2-4 October. Here’s the A-Y!

A Lazarus Soul
A Lazarus Soul will release their fourth album and “state of the nation address”, Last of the Analogue Age in September. Recorded by Joe Chester and also features a track co-produced by the legendary Lee Scratch Perry. They debuted the Midday Class, in the Abbey Theatre this year, to a rapturous reception. Acrobat
Acrobat is a Dublin-based band formed in 2013. Their debut EP “Follow You Down” was recorded by Rob Kirwan (Hozier, Delorentos) and released in April. Affleck
Affleck are Aidan, Clark, James and Steven. They play violin, guitar, bass, drums and whatever electronic synths they can find. Arborist
Based out of Belfast and surrounded by a band of well-travelled musicians, Arborist’s music is measured and mature while remaining starkly modern.
